Services

All aesthetic and wellness treatments are performed using medical-grade products and techniques tailored to your individual goals. Because results vary from person to person and are influenced by multiple factors beyond our control, payments for services rendered are non-refundable. If you have any concerns about your results, we welcome you to schedule a follow-up appointment so we may assess your treatment and discuss potential adjustments or enhancements.

Packages & Pre-Paid Services

- Pre-paid services, treatment packages, and memberships are non-refundable but may be credited toward other services of equal or greater value. - Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Retail Products

We stand behind the quality of every product we offer. If you are unsatisfied with a retail purchase: - Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. - Opened or used products cannot be returned for refund or credit unless there is a documented product defect or adverse reaction.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They may be transferred to another person and never expire.

Special Considerations

Lord of Aesthetics reserves the right to make exceptions in cases of documented medical contraindications or product defects.
